The completion of a guitar does not happen in the workshop.
It happens the moment a musician takes it into their hands and gives it their own voice. Only on stage, in a rehearsal room, or during a quiet moment does wood, strings, and craftsmanship become something truly alive. After sixteen years of building guitars for others, I finally built one for myself.
Of course, it had to be a jazz guitar.
For years I admired the courage of Jimmy D'Aquisto, who dared to leave the traditional F-holes behind and create something entirely his own. His soundholes were never just a design choice — they were a statement that tradition should inspire, not limit.
This guitar is my tribute to that spirit.
I had always dreamed of owning a completely black jazz guitar. Deep black, elegant, uncompromising. A guitar that carries sixteen years of experience, mistakes, discoveries, and growth within its curves.

While cutting the wood for this guitar, a mistake changed the original plan.
But instead of hiding it, I followed it.
The result became part of the instrument’s identity — a reminder that true craftsmanship is not about perfection, but about reacting, adapting and creating something honest from the unexpected.
