In between the four-track cassette tape recorders and laptops, there were the digital workstation years. I bought this Roland VS-880EX in the ’90s and recorded a lot of music on it. The screen was tiny, but the reverb and effects were huge! It was also the first digital recorder that let me copy and paste sections without having to cut and splice tape—a supreme luxury at the time. There’s also a lot to be said for how limited tools can boost creativity. I’m thinking about loading it up again to share some of my rock projects. Thoughts? Woo! ❤️

Altered States in London was awesome!

It’s always such a pleasure playing for the UK crowd, and the cherry on top was a B2B set with the big man . This was our third set together and they just keep getting better!

Big thanks to Ross, Zac, and the entire crew for putting on such a quality event, and huge love to the London crowd who came out to dance together 🙏🤗

Shiva Shankar was awesome. Amazing location, beautiful stage, top level production and a crowd that brought pure energy from start to finish!

I caught some kickass sets by , & , , and an awesome set by in the morning. Great flow.

It was also really nice to hang out with and after such a long time. Massive thanks to Celli Earthling for taking the commands and mixing a track while I had to step away for a quick bathroom break during the long set. 🤪 🙏

Huge appreciation to the entire crew for putting together such a special gathering, and big love to everyone who came out to dance, connect, and share this moment together.
