About the music:
** Rossy plays with "finesse, percussive lyricism and group sensitivity." He is “understated, playing with wonderfully nuanced dynamics and an ambient yet percussive approach." The trio create an "intimate three-way dialogue" and "enigmatic sonic world". They are "spot on whether playing in a more latin or swing vein" but also at times remind "of the Modern Jazz Quartet’s chamber classical-orientated moments." This music "has an after-hours feel perfect for late night listening, but there’s a real depth to it as well.” (Jazzwise, 2021)
“Jorge Rossy's vibraphone playing unfolds in elegant waves made up of the most minimal phrases and poignant expression.” He “chooses his lines carefully and with absolute mastery of melodic means." Robert Landfermann on bass and Jeff Ballard on drums are ““more than just a rhythm section: ‘I needed three soloists to make it a completely balanced collaboration.’” The “intimate dialogue between the three and the enigmatic world of sound that emerges” create a “poetic interplay with an after-hours ambience.” (Moods, 2022)
