Apprentis d’hier et d’aujourd’hui, réunis le temps d’une photo ! 📸

Chez Willemin-Macodel, certains ont fait leurs premiers pas professionnels en tant qu’apprentis il y a plusieurs années… et font toujours partie de nos équipes ! Ils côtoient aujourd’hui une nouvelle génération qui découvre, à son tour, les métiers de l’entreprise. 🎓

Avec 21 apprentis actuellement en formation et 23 anciens apprentis qui poursuivent leur carrière chez Willemin-Macodel, les parcours et les sourires ne manquent pas ! Une grande partie d’entre eux a pris la pose pour cette photo de groupe.

At Willemin-Macodel, some of our team members started their professional journeys as apprentices several years ago… and are still part of our team today! They now work alongside a new generation discovering the company's professions and taking their first steps in the industry. 🎓

With 21 current apprentices and 23 former apprentices who have continued their careers at Willemin-Macodel, there's no shortage of stories and smiles to capture! Many of them came together for this group photo.

Behind this spider is our 701S2, a micro-machining center featuring 3-axis delta-type parallel kinematics, capable of producing complex parts with remarkable precision.

Une journée entre découvertes et strikes ! 🎳

Le 14 octobre dernier, nos apprenti·e·s ont troqué leur quotidien chez Willemin-Macodel pour une sortie un peu différente. Au programme : une visite de Novartis à Bâle pour commencer la journée, suivie d’une partie de bowling au Raiffeisen Parc !
