We asked our Italy Office team one simple question:
“Why are you happy to work at Pink Wave?” 💖

Their answers? Heartwarming.
Their faces? Slightly less convincing. 😭😂

What they didn’t know was that we had added a tiny filter to make things a little more emotional.

But behind the tears (fake ones, we promise 👀), the answers are 100% real:
•meeting people from all over the world
•travelling and visiting our teams
•growing personally and professionally
•helping new generations of entertainers grow

and working with people who make sure no two days are ever the same.

MYTH: “Entertainers are basically on holiday all summer.”
REALITY: They’re the reason your holiday is more fun!
 Every entertainer has heard this at least once. 😂
Yes, we work under the sun. Yes, there’s a pool a few steps away. And yes… sometimes our workplace looks exactly like this.

But behind every activity, game, show and smiling guest there are planning, responsibility, energy and teamwork.

While guests are enjoying their holiday, our PWers are working to make it even better. And the best part?
We can work hard and still have this much fun doing it. 🤙🏽
So no, we’re not on holiday. We’re working where everyone else goes on holiday.

Personal space? Definitely not familiar. 😂

Spend one season as an entertainer and suddenly your vocabulary changes.

You start speaking fluent pool, show, team, guests, sunsets, staff nights and “WHAT DAY IS IT?”

And a normal job?

While everyone else is going back to the office, we’re still trying to figure out what day it is, where the next season will be and whether “just checking the next destinations” really counts as making plans.
Spoiler: it does.

Just a few months. One destination. One team. One experience.
And then… 👀

You meet people who somehow become family. You collect stories from places you never thought you’d call home. You say “this is my last season” at least once. And suddenly you’re already wondering:
“So… where are we going next?”
Because once you become an entertainer, you never really go back.
