At SKYF 2026, we will be serving Golden Milk to nourish and restore you between practices. Because taking care of the body is part of the practice too.

Sat Nam Rasayan is an ancient practice within Kundalini Yoga. Similar to Reiki – and yet different.

✨ Meet Bachitar Kaur
Kundalini Yoga trainer, Karam Kriya consultant and co-founder of Cherdi Kala yoga school – Bachitar brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this ancient practice. 🌿

Creator of the Divine Woman Program and lead trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy, she is passionate about bringing Kundalini Yoga into everyday life.

Music, dance, nature and community – that’s where her heart lives. And it shows in every class. 🙏

In her Red Tent, she holds a warm and gentle space for women navigating midlife and menopause – not as a crisis, but as a doorway into wisdom and personal power. 🌸

And to close our journey together, Bachitar guides the Closing Ceremony: I Start Today – a heartfelt gathering where we reflect, integrate and carry the spirit of Sangat back into our everyday lives. 💙
