Farewell, you Newfoundlander boys and girls!💙

✈️It’s more than difficult to put into words what this project meant to us.
Come From Away is a heartwarming story about kindness and humanity’s incredible ability to come together and support one another. And it’s fair to say that this spirit was not only present in the piece and the performances, but was also lived by everyone involved throughout the entire process.

✈️We supported each other during rehearsals, pushed one another to improve, grew together, and spent countless hours filled with commitment and passion. And this extends beyond the cast to all the people involved behind the scenes: the many, many individuals who helped bring this exceptional story to life.

✈️ A special thank you goes to Jennie and Chloë for guiding and shaping this project with so much care, dedication, and heart!💙💛

✈️A huge thank you also goes to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and made this production possible every single day: the backstage crew on show days, the stage managers and stagehands, the sound and lighting guys, the people who crafted the props and built the set, Scala Basel, and everyone else who dedicated their time, energy, and creativity to this project. Another big thank you goes to those who captured these memories through professional photos and videos, allowing this experience to live on beyond the stage.

✈️We were also incredibly fortunate to receive support from several foundations, and we want to take a moment to thank them for believing in this project and helping make it possible: GGG, Scheidegger Thommen Stiftung, Stiftung Walidad, Bachofen-Henn-Stiftung, and the Saly Frommer Foundation.

✈️It truly was an unforgettable experience that will stay with all of us for a long time. Thank you for this amazing first pre-professional production and we’re already excited for many more to come!
