The essence of this program is to let the energy of the music and choreography release all self inflicted boundaries we create for ourselves and allow us to just 'FLO' with the music. What better way to catch good vibes while getting an insane workout than through the hottest Caribbean and Reggae music around?! It is with a heavy heart we share the news announced yesterday that Stepping Out Studios is now permanently closed. So many beautiful memories over the years took place here. ❤️ Bright days are ahead. ☀️ We will all get through these challenging times, but it’s important to maintain a positive mind set. Everyday should be a day we come together through love and compassion. Especially during these challenging times it’s important to maintain self awareness and ask ourselves how we are helping each other while contributing to a better future each day.
Thank you for being so accommodating to Pon De FLO after the PDF studio closed down and for being so kind to all of our members.
Because of COVID, we are not sure when Pon De FLO classes will resume. For those who purchased class packages before the shut down, of course your packages will resume when Pon De FLO classes resume. 💕 In the meantime, thank you all for your understanding and let’s stay positive. 💫
👉 Don’t forget to check out the PDF choreography videos on YouTube. For everyone with current class packages, we can set you up with access to our choreography library through our Vimeo channel. Due to our videos having popular music, we are not able to upload all videos on YouTube due to music licensing reasons.
