It is with great sadness that we
announce Innovocative Theatre will no longer be producing theatre in the Tampa Bay area. Our founding Artistic Director, Staci Sabarsky, will be moving back to North Carolina with her husband, Leon.
“Who knows,” says Sabarsky, “we might resurrect the company in North Carolina. What I do know is how proud I am of the work we produced. I’d like to thank my advisory board for their encouragement; our artistic teams for sharing their gifts; our sponsors and donors for their support; Karla Hartley and Stageworks Theatre for their partnerships; our audiences who attended shows, talkbacks or workshops; our talkback panelists who offered their time and expertise; all those who auditioned; the critics who reviewed a fledgling theatre company and everyone who embraced us into the local theatre community.”
