A new weekly on Tuesday for street dancers at a new venue in Kensington Market , starting Tuesday, October 18! Brought to you by !

Every Tuesday at Tapestry (224 Augusta Ave) from 8pm-1am, a 2U4U DJ will be spinning playing tunes for you to cypher to. And once a month, we'll be featuring two 1v1 exhibitions too.

Location: The Bentway – 250 Fort York Blvd, Toronto

· Red Bull Dance Your Style Canada is a global audience-judged freestyle street dance competition in a 1v1 battle format

· Dancers will battle 1v1 through a 16 competitor bracket, performing to a surprise mix of music with the live audience selecting each round’s winner in the moment

· This competition gives street style dancers from across the country the opportunity to be seen on a National (and possibly international!) stage

· This year’s National Final will feature music by 2U4U’s own DJs: M4RS () & Iced Misto () and is hosted by Benzo () and C4LDEIR4 ()

· Red Bull Dance Your Style is free to attend and participate. Spectators need only arrive on site to act as judges and enjoy the show

· Following qualifiers in Montreal and Vancouver, 16 dancers (4 finalists from Vancouver, 4 finalists from Montreal, and 8 wildcard selections will compete to become Canada’s National winner and represent Canada at the World Final in Johannesburg, South Africa

For those looking to battle, please read and understand the format below:

Exhibition Battles: Enter your name upon arrival. Names will be drawn at random for a 1 on 1 battle (3 rounds each).

Call-Outs: No announcements needed. Dancers are welcome to call out anyone in the venue to a battle. No spot light necessary.
