Precision meets poetry. ✨ Chef Aiko Ushigoshi Aiko has spent over 15 years shaping Toronto’s fine-dining pastry scene from Miku to now leading at Aburi Hana, one of the city’s few Michelin-starred kitchens. Her desserts blend Japanese ingredients with French technique, and she’s bringing that magic to Pastry’Cho.
