Coming up this week, we are continuing our open air yoga classes every weekend with this time Taiga Yoga on Sunday Morning starting at 11:00am, And on Sunday Evening we are hosting the long awaited Gather & Ground women's wellness retreat! Its going to be a jammed packed week! With some new activities hosted at the saunas!

This friday-sunday is ramble and ride weekend! While enjoying the festival book a sauna before, after or during!

Friday eve is another awsome workout routine with Solstice Wellbeing Co. starting a 7pm, check her out for availability.

Saturday morning will be the first in a weekly series of Morning Yoga! This week hosted by Courtney Patricia. And these can be booked on our website under wellness classes.

Starting this coming ramble & Ride weekend and every weekend after we will host you on our open air facility for $22.50. After the yoga is over you can also sign up for an optional 1hr sauna.

That being said we have the best deck in town to soak in that summer sun, and also the COLDEST water :) our hot and cold cycles actually help regulate your nervous system and make you feel better regardless of the weather. Once a year crane in for the steel boat trawlers in june! I have the Hearne Channel, at 1970's fishing boat converted to a tug boat that served GSL for more then 40 years moving materials to the communities :)... now the perfect east arm adventure boat šŸ˜
