Be cautious if you are around the Skatepark this weekend as the bench on site has been damaged.

I have reported it to the team at the Ayr Motor Centre to get it hopefully looked after.

Spring is in full effect! Take advantage of the nice weather and get out and Skate!

Thankful for all the team at the Library does for the Community.

Come check out skateboards at the library — all you need is a library card!
We’ve got helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads too.
Each can be checked out for one week and hit the pavement safely and in style!

Kids: want to try Skateboarding? We have some boards to try, compliments of the LP Fisher Public Library (Must have parent sign a waiver) and helmets too. Or bring your BMX bike or scooter. We'll be here until 12pm.

This Friday! The library will be at the Woodstock Skatepark with boards and safety equipment, 3:30-5pm to celebrate "Go Skateboarding Day".

Paul Kitchen has been instrumental in supporting Skateboarding in the town of Woodstock. Whether it was through The Max Skate and Snow, Burner's Basement Indoor Skatepark or how he continues to do so today with the team at King Sports.

Skateboards, pads and helmets available to borrow at the LP Fisher Public Library.

Skateboards and safety equipment are ready for borrowing. Take it up to the skatepark and try out the new rail. Les skateboards et l'équipement de sécurité sont prêts à être empruntés. Emmenez-les au skatepark pour essayer la nouvelle rail.

Ricky Shephard was kind enough to donate a rail to the park that he had refurbished and even delivered it to us from Moncton. Ricky was (and still is!) a long time member of the skateboard community in Woodstock and was involved in the initial park fundraising back in the early 2000’s.

A few of us got together on Saturday to check it over ahead of its installation in the coming weeks. We plan to get this permanently mounted into the ground. We will keep you updated on this project and more!
