Very excited to be joining my colleague and friend Marian Switzer at CO*Lab January 2, 6-9 pm to revisit the YORK Hotel Project. Carried, the installation Marian and I created back in 2015 has a new home at CO*Lab - and the issues that project raised a decade ago are still relevant today - even more so. Hope to see some folks there! https://www.instagram.com/p/DSyOkgtkg3j/?hl=en

"Gathered Here" Holiday Group Show
November 15th - December 24th, 2025
Opening Reception:
Saturday, November 15th, 1-3 pm

Harvest Gallery is delighted to present Gathered Here, a heartwarming and captivating holiday group exhibition celebrating homecomings, found families, and the art of collecting moments. On view from November 15th to December 24th, 2025. The exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the joy of connection and the comfort of coming together during the holiday season.

An opening reception will be held on Saturday, November 15, from 1-3 pm. Join us in celebrating this vibrant gathering of new work. Meet the artists, enjoy hot mulled cider and cookies, and share in the festive spirit.

Gathered Here features a diverse collection of works by 52 distinguished Nova Scotia artists, all part of Harvest Gallery's permanent roster. The exhibition includes painting, printmaking, fibre art, sculpture, ceramic, woodcarving and turning, jewelry and so much more. Each contributing to a rich collection of artistic expression.

At its heart, Gathered Here speaks to the season's themes of togetherness, return, and shared memory. It highlights works that reflect community, connection, and the intimate collections that make up our lives both literal and metaphorical. Each artist offers a unique interpretation, resulting in an exhibition as varied and meaningful as the stories that inspire it.

Give Artfully this Holiday Season!
