Due to the extreme heat warning and dangerously high humidex values forecast for Sunday, July 12, 2026, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2:00 p.m. performance of Jesus Christ Superstar.

The health and safety of our patrons, cast, musicians, crew, volunteers, and staff remain our highest priority. Based on the forecasted conditions, we do not believe it is safe or responsible to proceed with an outdoor performance.

We know this is disappointing, and we hope to welcome you under the dome later this summer. To help accommodate your plans, we are pleased to offer the following options:

- Transfer your tickets to a performance of Legally Blonde The Musical, playing August 13 to 30, 2026.
- Donate the value of your tickets to Rainbow Stage and receive a charitable tax receipt.
- Receive a full refund.

Ticket Transfers
Our box office team will make every effort to relocate you to the same seats you originally booked for Jesus Christ Superstar or, if those seats are no longer available, to seats as close as possible.

Refunds
Tickets purchased by credit card will be refunded as requested. For cash or debit purchases, refunds can be offered by visiting us in person at the Rainbow Stage Box Office in Kildonan Park. Our regular hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Donations
If you are unable to attend another performance, you may choose to donate the value of your tickets to Rainbow Stage. Your donation is eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
