Stiletto Studio™ is a fitness, training and performance company that specializes in heels dancing! Heels explores our innate sensuality through dance.

For novices and even for experienced dancers it can be difficult to build self-esteem and overcome insecurities. In Heels, you will learn to be comfortable with natural movement while simultaneously toning and strengthening your body. As intimidating as this might sound, the main goal is to encourage people of any age and body type to come break a sweat in style. Challenge yourself to become your best, strongest and sexiest version.
