With a strong team of dedicated music professionals, we stand by the values of community, creativity, and freedom of expression throughout all of our platforms and initiatives. We aim to showcase upcoming/emerging artists, as well as highlight underrepresented art and non-performance artforms. We achieve this by creating a business model and culture with an artist first, industry second approach, and by bridging the gap between emerging artists and established industry entities. This allows artists of various disciplines to network and connect through our platforms. Our goal is to ensure that each artist that works with our brand notices both long term and short term benefits in their artistic endeavors/career.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

In this clip, Rangers talks about the importance of community, peer support, and organizations like Peer Connections that are creating real spaces for mental health support and healing here in Winnipeg.

We also talk about the upcoming fundraiser event on May 14th in partnership with Peer Connections — bringing people together for a meaningful cause.

This isn’t meant to be depressing — it’s just real.

In this clip, Marshal Riley talks about facing uncomfortable emotions and understanding that they’re part of the human experience.

It’s okay to feel it. It’s okay to acknowledge it.

Just don’t stay there.

The goal isn’t to avoid hard feelings — it’s to move through them and keep going forward.

This isn’t a podcast anymore… it’s a therapy session.

YBK speaks on self-abandonment — that feeling of being undeserving and overcompensating just to earn what should already be yours.

Chasing. Over-explaining. Trying to prove your worth.
At some point, you have to stop seeking validation and start choosing yourself.

If you’re feeling stuck right now… this is for you.

Marshal Riley speaks on the importance of showing up for yourself — especially in those moments where motivation is low and things feel uncertain.

Because if you don’t show up for you, no one else will.
Progress doesn’t always feel good, but it always starts with you.

The access point and entry point for music should be free for all. Do we agree with this?

In this clip, YBK shares his vision for Vybe events — creating spaces where people can experience music, culture, and community without financial barriers.
Because sometimes all someone needs is access to discover something that could change their life.
What do you think — should music events be more accessible? 👀
