We are so thrilled to announce something that's definitely going to beat your January post-holiday blues! The Street Circus and Mochinosha Puppet Company are premiering a brand new show in Winnipeg at the amazing Gas Station Arts Centre before taking it on tour throughout Japan in 2025!

Welcome to SHADOW MACHINA- an incredible collaboration between Winnipeg’s world-renowned Street Circus and Tokyo’s award-winning Mochinosha Puppet Company. Set in a thrilling dystopian sci-fi world, the show combines awe-inspiring, energetic circus acts with gorgeous cinematic shadow puppetry. Live circus artists merge seamlessly with shadow to create a unique and emotionally charged visual spectacle. The Street Circus’s Daniel and Kimberly Craig interact with Mochinosha’s puppet creations to become part of a spectacular live-animated story. A story of a world controlled by machines, where humans must take back control with the power of artistic expression. Shadow Machina is a one of a kind experience- not to be missed!

Festival of Fools is rocking at Polo Park this spring break! Our shows may be done but there are tons of great acts every day from 12:00 to 2:00 PM - come support the Winnipeg International Children's Festival AND see some great performances! It's a win/win!
