CTV's Rachel Lagacé is joining us at the Winnipeg Book Festival to host the “Love Local” panel on October 1st from 6:00PM – 7:00PM at The Forks. Rachel is a life-long book lover and starts her mornings off (early) as the anchor of CTV’s Your Morning Winnipeg.

Love Local: A romcom romp, a beloved veterinary detective, and an ecological crime thriller; celebrate three Winnipeg writers whose books inspire local pride! Panelists will read a short excerpt from their books and participate in a facilitated discussion followed by audience Q&A and a book signing.
