Are you our next Programming Coordinator? 👀

Plume Winnipeg, established in 1997 as the Winnipeg International Writers Festival, is a lively non-profit which believes in books, ideas, and community. Our small-but-mighty team is seeking an energetic book lover to join us as we prepare for THIN AIR / Livres en fête 2026, our annual fall literary festival.

The Programming Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning and programming the English events of our festival. This is a part-time role, roughly 24 hours/week from March 15 through November 1, 2026 (33 weeks). Plume Winnipeg has an office space in Artspace in downtown Winnipeg, but maintains a hybrid work structure, meeting weekly in person with regular daily contact via Teams.
