Bonneville Speed Week wrapped last week.
For seven days, the salt becomes one of motorcycling’s great proving grounds. Part racecourse, part workshop, part obsession.

Our latest TMFF Selects spotlight, Speed Thrills, brings together four films connected by that same pursuit:

80-200
Blenio, Utah (this clip)
Slowly Going Faster
The World’s Slowest Harley

Different machines, different ambitions, same stretch of salt.

Some motorcycles carry more than speed. They carry memories.

Tomorrow night, under the open sky at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, we’re screening The Drixton: a moving story about a son rebuilding the race bike connected to the crash that changed his father’s life.

With the Canadian Superbike Championship racing at CTMP this weekend, there couldn’t be a more fitting place to see it.

The Drixton screens alongside a selection of motorcycle shorts. See you trackside.

The TMFF 2026/’27 schedule is here.

We begin where TMFF began: Toronto.
The 10th-anniversary flagship returns to Paradise Theatre on October 2–3 for two nights of films, filmmaker Q&As, the Filmmaker Reception and a few surprises still to come.

Then we take the Festival across Canada.
Back to Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Victoria and Picton.

And, for the first time, to Halifax and Campbell River.
Halifax, we’ll see you October 23 at Cineplex Cinemas Park Lane.

Campbell River, we’re heading north on May 7 to the hot-pink Art Deco Tidemark Theatre. Hard to miss.

Eight cities. Plenty of road between them.

Winnipeg…we’re coming back a little early.

On July 29 and 30, TMFF is joining art moto at WAG-Qaumajuq for two evenings of motorcycles, film and local culture.

The Winnipeg Art Gallery will be filled with a special selection of classic and custom motorcycles from right here in the community. In the room next door, we’ll be screening five short films exploring motorcycles through craft, speed, identity and personal expression.

The pop-up exhibition is presented by WAG-Qaumajuq in partnership with Winnipeg motorcycle community organizer Steve Xoumph, with the film program curated by us, TMFF.

Come see some remarkable machines. Stay for a film, or five. Then join us on November 13 for a full night when TMFF comes back to Winnipeg at the CCFM.

Motorcycles bring people together.
What happens next is often the interesting part.

Originally screened at TMFF 2019, THE DISTINGUISHED GENTLEMAN tells the story of a community rallying around one of its own, reminding us that some of the most meaningful journeys are shared.

Also featured in Personal Journeys: Sharing the Legacy—a collection of films about the stories, traditions, and passions we pass from one generation to the next.

Stories told on their own terms.

A selection of films following women riders forging their own path across trail, track, and road.

With International Female Ride Day and Mother’s Day approaching, this felt like the right moment to bring these stories together.

Nitro doesn’t ask for permission.
It just decides how your day’s going to go.

One run feels perfect…the next, everything goes bang. 💥‼️

That’s part of it. The risk. The obsession. The reason we keep going back.

Catch stories like this on the big screen at TMFF.
Victoria (Apr 17) + Picton (May 1).
