We are so happy! That night when we picked up the USB, we watched four hours getting to bed after midnight. To see my kids when they were so little was amazing. My daughter who lives in Portage came over. There were smiles, laughs, awww, and comments like “Mom I’m really glad you did this for us”. The quality is great. My kids were so excited. So a big thank you for all the work you did moving all those cassettes over to one USB! I would have had this done long ago but I had no idea where I could go or who to ask. So when I came across your work in my news feed I was hopeful. Well it turned out amazing and thank you ever so much for your work for your tech knowledge to make it happen.

In recent conversations with customers, certain “concerns” have come up.

The most common is “do I get my tapes back”? Yes you do. You’ll receive your tapes back in the condition as when you drop them off. In the case of Audio cassette tapes, I’ll remove the recording tabs on the top of the tapes to prevent accidentally recording over your tapes.

The second most common question is price. “How come so much”? Understand that your tapes are done in real time. There’s no fast forwarding the tapes. They have to play at regular speed. So, in the event of a six hour tape, it takes the six hours for play back and three hours for the process to digitalize. The price of the transferring doesn’t matter on the length. If a tape is six hours or 20 minutes. It’s still $20 per tape.

Lastly, “security”. I will happily give my customers my address to drop off thier tapes. I will also offer to pick up and drop off within a certain range from my home. I will never suggest to meet someplace that would make you feel uneasy.

So, I provide the best price and the best safety.
