Thank you to Investors Group for another wonderful Indigenous-made market this past week! It’s always a pleasure to be invited to participate and their hospitality is outstanding!! I was disappointed that Alicia Kejick Creations wasn’t there this time, but was SO HAPPY to receive a “thank you” card from IG with her artwork!! I absolutely ADORE her creations! (Pardon my thumb lol)

New prints and cards! Prints are $40 each, shrink-wrapped on cardboard. Cards are blank inside and come with an envelope and cellophane wrapper and are $8 each or five for $35.

I had two sessions today with teachers and staff from two schools. As school winds down for this school year, I’ve been trying to mix and match certain lessons. They had chosen the eagle/love session and I tied in the strawberry moon lessons as well. I haven’t seen theirs yet, but here’s mine. Keep in mind these are one hour classes! I’m pretty please with how this turned out!

I hauled all of my supplies to the University of Manitoba this afternoon. It’s been 29 years to the DAY that I wandered around that campus ha ha. We painted some bright peaceful lakefront landscapes today and talked about the Hatching Moon, and the Strawberry Moon, told a few stories and enjoyed checking out each others paintings. So bright and vibrant!!!
