Meet your host for Bannock Bums,

Taylor Paige is a member of Sayisi Dene First Nation. Born and raised in Winnipeg, she’s a city native who doesn’t quite fit in on either side.

Fairly new to comedy, she’s been on a number of shows now, including Neurohilarity and Queerly Beloved. You could consider sense of humour quite niche- or neech, if you will. Drawing on life experience and the history of colonialism in Canada, Taylor uses her comedy to bring to light issues faced as an Indigenous person in this country.

Noah Robinson, an aspiring First Nations comedian, from Sagkeeng Manitoba, who some would say “talks a lot of sh*t” but really just takes from his personal life experiences and sprinkles in a little bit of the First Nation culture into his joke writing.

Catch Noah THIS Sunday at 8pm as part of the first Bannock Bums Indigenous Comedy Night!

Erica Wilson is a human with many names, ghost in the hall, brat, something else, cousin and community connector. While not new to the stage or being funny, super new to stand up comedy! Exploring the realms of what is life and who cares, let’s all have a good old fashion exsistential crisis with them.

Erica is a new addition to Bannock Bums! You can catch them on April 16th at Comedy at The Limelight!
