We are still recovering from the excitement and joy of Saturday’s event. Rumba Colombiana was much more than a dance showcase—it was a celebration of culture, community, and the incredible growth of our students.
Throughout the semester, our dancers demonstrated dedication, perseverance, and courage. They challenged themselves, stepped outside their comfort zones, and gained confidence every time they walked onto the dance floor. We could not be more proud of each and every one of them and of everything they accomplished.
We would also like to thank everyone who has contributed to making FDMT Dance what it is today. To our families, volunteers, instructors, performers, supporters, and community members—thank you. Your encouragement, trust, and belief in our mission have allowed us to continue creating opportunities for people to connect, learn, and grow through dance.
Rumba Colombiana celebrated the richness of Colombian culture, tradition, and community, and everyone who attended helped bring that spirit to life. As we close this semester, we do so with grateful hearts, proud of what we have achieved together and excited for what the future holds.
Thank you for supporting FDMT Dance. Thank you for believing in our dancers. Thank you for being part of our journey.
