Hey Everyone,
This is an automated message for those who don't want to wait longer for their dice.
We understand your frustration with waiting four months for an artwork by Rosa. However, Rosa's belongings and identification credentials have been confiscated and are under investigation because of a car accident. We will issue you a refund.
Rosa is alive and doing well, and recovering at the hospital. We don't have an exact ETA of when she will be discharged, but she will be gone for a while. The ward she's in has the weird spot on the unit that has a semblance of a signal but not enough to get this message out.
Please understand that Rosa cannot answer all your inquiries regarding the orders right now, nor can I as I'm attending to our baby's needs.
Please keep our family in your thoughts at this time; we are working with her care team closely to get her on the road to recovery and through therapy.
We will refund you all who wish to have a refund once her social worker can assist with the EIA application. We truly apologize for the long wait and would like to offer you some extra dice from some customers who no longer wish to continue with us because of the chaotic chain of events that got in the way of their art business.
Rosa was an artist with a dream, a vision, and one struggling with mental health. Any dice that a customer doesn't want, we'll either gift it to another customer who has a similar order request or donate the proceeds of the amount made from the auction will go towards any charity for Mental Health. Please respect our privacy right now.
Thanks for your understanding; we greatly appreciate your patience with my wife/partner and me. We're sorry to rope you into a last-minute business decision on my end with taking preorders to cover the table cost at Comic-Con. It took us a while to understand our worth as artists. It's a valuable lesson for us.
Thanks,
Jared
