"Solar Flares" is a slow-moving, mellow blues/jazz composition that explores the deep, introspective emotions of life's significant transitions. Featuring a deep bass line and contemplative melodies, this piece captures the essence of those moments when we confront change—like driving away and watching familiar scenes recede in the rearview mirror.

The bass line gently navigates a path of introspection, symbolizing the journey through uncertainty and the vast, open expanse of the unknown. With its evocative tones and thoughtful rhythms, "Solar Flares" offers a space for reflection and self-discovery, enriched by the subtle interplay of lead electric guitar and synthesizer. It’s a musical exploration of the profound blend of finality, self-reflection, and the subtle glimmer of hope that accompanies moments of transformation.

Summer’s Storm in B minor. Here in Winnipeg, we had our first thunderstorm for 2024 and I never miss a chance to record the sounds of thunder and rain. This piece called Summer Storm a relaxing composition that starts with the guitar melody and soft piano arpeggios over a recorded sound of our recent summer's thunder storm.

Solemnity Arpeggios:

A distant hum through an AM trance,
Old friends’ laughter in a fleeting glance,
The violin's grace and guitar's embrace,
Guide us through the years, in this sacred space.

In the twilight of broken dreams,
Where echoes dance on golden streams,
We wander through the corridors of time,
Leaving impressions as melodies, just like a mime.

Solemnity, through the ages we roam,
With thunders of the past calling us home,
In the quiet of the night, old voices sing,
Time's arpeggios in every string.

Through the still and the silence, we find,
The echoes of the moments left behind,
As the notes weave through the fading neon light,
We hold the past and future, tight.

So let the arpeggios softly play,
Guiding us through the night and day,
In the solemn echoes, we’ll find our way,
With every note, we softly sway.

Drawing Prompts - 228,229,230. Acorns + Pinecones, Falling Leaves, Spooky Forest. For This time-lapse film, I created a sketch in which I combined 3 drawing prompts into one and combined that with a soundtrack I created which is a fusion of my guitar, and pre-recorded sound of a recent thunderstorm to add to the narrative.
