Windsor Junction Community Centre Summer Camp is now accepting expressions of interest for limited 1:1 inclusion support for Summer 2026.
We are pleased to offer limited one-to-one support to help children participate in camp activities and enjoy the summer camp experience alongside their peers.

Important details for families considering inclusion support:

☀️ Support hours are available 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
☀️ At this time, registration for inclusion support will be limited to one week of camp per child while we assess demand and capacity
☀️ Family meetings with the child and camp management will take place the weekend of June 6–7 to discuss individual support needs and whether we can safely meet them within our current camp model

To ensure the safety of all campers, our current staffing model is best suited for children who can participate safely in a group camp setting with 1:1 activity support. At this time, our staffing model does not allow us to safely provide dedicated support for elopement prevention or toileting assistance

📣 Camp Registration Reminder – Proof of Residency

If you registered for camp on Saturday, proof of residency must be submitted by Monday, April 20 in order to keep your camp registration.

Proof of residency can be emailed to [email protected]

What is accepted as proof of address:
• A current property tax bill showing name and address
• A current utility bill with your name and address
• A current photo ID with your name and address

Please provide one piece of photo ID and one document showing your address. Both must display the same address and match the name on your Amilia account.

If you would prefer to provide your documents in person, please email the camp to arrange a time.

All addresses will be verified against the list of properties within the LWF area rate. If proof of residency is not provided by the deadline, registrations may be cancelled and spots released.

Not sure if you are within the area rate? Check your most recent property tax bill for the “LWF Ratepayers Association (Urban Core)” line.
