Harvestfest weekend is quickly approaching, and we can’t wait to see our village in all its autumn glory- but we need your help!!!

🍄Pull out your favourite fall & harvest decor - subtle or over the top, sparkling or rustic, we want to see it all!!!

🍁Once your home entrance is Harvestfest Ready, send us up to 4 pictures of your creation, for a chance to win some really cool prizes (and bragging rights!!).

🍄Entries will be posted here, on our page from September 19-25th @ 12pm, where our community will have a chance to vote for their favourite Harvestfest Porch!

🍁Tag your neighbour with your favourite Autumn porch below to spread some love!

Get your crayons, markers, and pencil crayons ready! 🎨

We have two Williamsburg Harvestfest colouring contests this year:

🎃 Ages 0–4
🌽 Ages 5+

Choose the colouring page for your age group, print it at home, and bring your finished masterpiece with you to Williamsburg Harvestfest on Saturday, September 26, 2026!

Drop it off at the 2 Sisters Studios craft station in the rink. 🖍️✨

🏆 Winners will be announced on our page!

We can't wait to see all of your colourful creations! 🌾🍎🎃

🚜 CALLING ALL PARADE FLOATS! 🚜

The Williamsburg Harvest Parade is coming up on Saturday, September 26, 2026 and we’re looking for FAMILY-FRIENDLY FLOATS from businesses, farms, community groups, families, and individuals! 🍂🎃🌽

🎉 The parade starts at 11:00 AM at the Williamsburg Christian Reformed Church and will travel West along County Rd 18, through the village, ending at J.C. Whitteker Park.

🛻 We’re now accepting registrations for parade floats!

Decorate a float, shine up your trucks, dust off that vintage tractor, hitch up your team of horses, or come up with something completely your own! 🚜🍎🎃🌾

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦FAMILY-FRIENDLY FLOATS ARE WELCOME!
Bring the kids, get creative, and help us fill the streets with Harvestfest fun for the whole community!

If it brings Harvest Cheer to the community, we want you in the parade! ❤️

Williamsburg Harvestfest is looking for mobile food vendors to join us for our FREE community festival! With vendors, inflatables, our annual parade, kids’ activities, and plenty of community members coming out to celebrate, it’s a great opportunity to get your food in front of hungry festival-goers! 😋

🌾 The Williamsburg Harvestfest Committee is hard at work planning Harvestfest 2026!

🌾 Williamsburg Harvestfest is a beloved community tradition that has brought friends, families, and neighbours together for decades. Revived in 2020, the festival continues to celebrate our agricultural roots, local businesses, and the incredible spirit of our small town.

🌾 As a volunteer-run event, Harvestfest relies on the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and community members to help make this three-day celebration possible. Your support allows us to provide fun, family-friendly activities and entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

🌾 We're currently looking for community partners who would like to support Harvestfest through sponsorships, donations of goods or services, or other contributions. Every donation, big or small, helps make a difference!

We're now accepting vendor applications for the Harvestfest Vendor Market happening on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at J.C. Whitteker Park in Williamsburg!

Come out and enjoy a fun day at the park featuring local vendors, handmade goods, fresh treats, and more from small businesses across the area.

✨ Vendor Fee: $20 for a 10×10 space. Payment is due within 24 hours of submitting your application to secure your spot. Unpaid spaces will be released and offered to the next vendor.

Happening this weekend (and next!) 🥳

Please join us in supporting our fellow neighbours in the 2026 Fill-a-Bag Food Drive event! This food drive helps sustain our food banks over the spring and summer months when donations are historically lower. Each and every donation has an immediate impact!!
