Thank you for all the messages we have received over the last few weeks. We love the love!!!

We currently do not have any updates for 2024, but we will say we have amazing support from Downtown Business, vendors, and the like.

We know our absence is noticed, and apologize for that.
As we said last year, never count us out!!

Be sure to check out the amazing efforts in our downtown core and nearby this next weekend!

The Williams Lake Stampede Street Party Downtown has been a staple in the Downtown core for many years.

With so many volunteers full of passion, not only for the community but by bringing together the local businesses, entrepreneurs, musical acts, the local food trucks, all the Non profits and more.
Our hearts are truly warmed by the wonderful support time and again for the event.

The hours that go into a larger scale event every year can not simply be put into numbers on a page. We are absolutely driven by the joy of those that join in the festivities from near and far.
We love Wiliams Lake!

Over the years, we have seen the Street Party grow, take new directions, include more and more of our local community and evolve.

With overwhelming sadness we must announce that the 2023 Downtown Street Party was not in our budget, or put on the radar for the City to support.
To simply get enough angel investors and sponsorship in a short amount of time is not enough without some form of support, already in place.

We just couldn't get the support, verbally or financially to make it happen over the July long weekend.

We extend a heartfelt Thank you, to all the volunteers for the efforts, time and drive behind the scenes, and for all the support we have received over the years.
To the amazing artisans, and vendors. we are your biggest fans and cant wait to see you again.

We look forward to working with you again!

Dr. Trent Smith will be speaking about Keeping Kids Healthy

Dr. Smith is a pediatrician in Kamloops, where he has practiced general pediatrics since 2002. He moved to Kamloops having grown up in B.C.’s interior, and following post-secondary education in Vancouver and Edmonton knew that he wished to return to the interior to work and play. He is currently the Medical lead for pediatrics in for Interior Health, and serves as education lead for medical students with the Southern Medical Program in Kamloops. He is also the medical director for both the pediatric diabetes clinic in Kamloops, and a family-based lifestyle intervention program within IH.

Hello to 2023. Spring is almost here!!
Events really are the heartbeat of fun in this town, especially the family friendly, interactive and community-based ones.

We always have had various musical acts, vendors, food from all backgrounds & for all tastebuds, bouncy castles and if you were anywhere near the core you could smell that yummy cotton candy.

Lost and Found

We have one childs purse (adorable child items within, no style identity items) that is found and we have it in safekeeping, and we are still on the LOOK out for a Laynard, lost near Spirit Sqaure area. With a disc style fob on it. And a Green Nalgene H20 bottle with stickers on it.

Thank you to Spirit Carver Dean for sharing your art with us. Cariboo Chilcotin Metis Association and the amazing emtertainment and food, Lakers Car Club, The Community Church, Cariboo ART BEAT CJ's Southwestern Grill, Mint & Lime Catering Co. And Downtown Williams Lake BIA. To Brushworks Art & Design, Kit and Kaboodle and to the amazing Laurie and her team with CUPNCONE who all took on the end caps to the downtown street party and did it with full on heart to bring fun, entertainment and food to our community.
