Wildwood Bronc Bustin is a specialty Saddle Bronc Event that was the first of its kind in Canada. It is a CPRA & PRCA sanctioned event where the prize money counts toward the Canadian Finals Rodeo in late October in Red Deer ,AB & also the National Finals Rodeo in December, in Las Vegas.

It is a professional saddle bronc riding event only, with two novice events, novice saddle bronc

Today is Wildwood Fair Day in our little home town of Wildwood, AB. The fair is put in by Wildwood & District Agricultural Society, which is also home to Wildwood Bronc Bustin’ As it is summer time , heading into harvest season and 4th Quarter of the rodeo season many of our members and rodeo fans are trying to catch the last moments before fall hits.

Today one of our amazing Flag Girls Chloe proudly carried the Wildwood Bronc Bustin’ flag in the parade! Thank you so much Chloe for supporting our event! 💕

Wyatt Casper got knocked out of the NFR on the last day of the regular season in 2025 and has been on a revenge tour ever since. That continued in Calgary, and it looks increasingly likely that he'll be able to breathe easier this time around.

In the Shootout, he was 90.5 points, edging out Gus Gaillard by a half-point.

Casper's win will move him from No. 8 to No. 4 in the World Standings.

As we wrap up our 21st year, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to every sponsor, volunteer, committee member, competitor, and supporter who helped make this event possible. It takes an amazing community to bring an event like this to life, and we couldn’t do it without each and every one of you.
