Over a decade since we last saw each other, and the moment Randy and I linked back up, it was like we never missed a beat.

We served together in the 3rd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry — brothers forged in the same fire. And now, years later, Randy showed up big to help me run Stomp the Bruce for the entire long weekend. No questions asked. Just boots on the ground, ready to go.

That’s the kind of bond you only get from the military. Time passes, life changes — but when a Patricia needs you, you show up.

Appreciate you, brother. Proud to have served with you, and even prouder to stand beside you again.
