This acrylic painting by Josh Kakegamic is one of 6 works I have shipped and sold to the same individual in the past 3 weeks or so. I appreciate the sales but that’s not my favourite part. It’s the the way he conducts himself. He finds an item, clicks on it, buys it, immediately pays and the nadds a nice little note such as ”take your time, or no rush, ship when you can and " thank you”. That’s the best part .Having just finished 2 months completely alone running both the home, the gallery and meeting various other commitments (barely sometimes),I readily concede that it has been quite a struggle. Having to put down my little dog the very first week surely jump-started a downward slide.
Things are getting steadily better now. I know my customer helped me probably more than I even realize.
