Sunshine, smiles, and a whole lot of fun! ☀️🎨🏰

It’s looking like a beautiful day this Saturday, so bring the whole family to the Yukon Arts Centre for the Midnight Sun Moppets Children’s Festival from 10am to 4pm!

Enjoy a day packed with activities including face painting, giant cardboard castle building, tie-dye t-shirts, art workshops, live performances, and plenty more family fun.

A quick note for tie-dye fans: due to a shortage of white t-shirts, please bring your own white shirt if you’d like to participate.

Come make some memories and get creative.

Attention young castle-builders… we have a MOUNTAIN of cardboard waiting for you! 🏰📦

Join us at the Midnight Sun Moppets Children’s Festival (presented by Chilkoot Centre) on June 6 and help create the biggest, baddest cardboard castle Whitehorse has ever seen.

The festival runs from 10am to 4pm at the Yukon Arts Centre and features a full day of family fun, activities, arts and crafts, face painting, circus fun, and more.

Don’t forget to catch one of our live children’s shows featuring Gustavo the Impossibilist, Murphy and the Cats, and The Trollsons. Tickets are just $5 per show at yukonartscentre.com!

A huge thanks to The Brick Whitehorse and Icycle Sports for all the cardboard!

A huge shout out to Air North, Yukon's Airline, who went above and beyond in getting our wrestling crew and their equipment to Old Crow last week. And thank you Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation for being a supporter of the week-long boot camp for the kids.

Children must be accompanied by a parent.

Times are:
10:00-11:00
1:00-2:00
3:00-4:00
