“WATER” – the final show in the Trio’s Candlelit Concert Series -
Sunday, June 7, 2 PM and 7 PM

The Crimson Crescendo Trio are renowned for their creativity, extraordinary musicianship, and compelling storytelling. The music for each concert is originally handcrafted and specially arranged by the Trio – you won’t hear our music performed anywhere else or by anyone else!

NOTE: Performances typically last approximately just over an hour duration, without break, lights way down low and a beautiful, glowing, candlelit setting at the Peninsula Studio Theatre, North Bluff Road, White Rock (next to the Centennial Arena). Our program for this and all concerts in the series is a rich collection of evocative music themed around The Elements.

WATER – think of music relating to flowing streams, raindrops, rivers, sailing, (…you get the picture!). As always, there are some musical surprises in store! The theatre has good level access, ample parking and is suitable for all ages.

The Trio welcomes you to share a unique musical experience with their shows at 2 PM and 7:00 PM.

About the Writer:
Kristen Da Silva graduated from York University and continued her studies at Sheridan College. She is a two-time recipient of the Playwrights Guild New Comedy award. You may remember her play Hurry Hard, which was a great success last season.

Meet the Cast & Director: CHRIS SCHUESSLER as "Theo" & Director

Chris is proud to be directing his first play with Peninsula Productions. Previous directing credits include Mauritius, The Weir, and Love Letters. Favourite roles include Max Prince in Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Paul in Mesa, and Whitney in The Stonewater Rapture. As a writer and producer for factual television, he’s worked on series such as History’s Greatest Mysteries, Ink Master, and Hitler’s Last Stand.

Meet the Cast: Joanna Redfern as "Gwen"

Joanna has been acting since she was the Biggest Billy Goat Gruff in Grade 2. She holds a MA in Theatre from UBC and recently can be seen staring into James Marsden’s deep blue eyes in a Paycom commercial. She has been away from the stage focussing on the screen, so is looking forward to playing in front of a live audience again!
