Our White Fox Rinks Fundraising Committee has been busy for the past few years fundraising to replace our chiller! We are happy to announce we have officially made it through our first season with the new machine!

With funds coming from fundraising, as well as contributions from the White Fox Curling Club and White Fox Skating Rink we were able to replace the chiller last fall, costing a whopping $99,123!!

Special thanks to Danny Tatlow and the fundraising committee who have put in a lot of hours setting up our fundraisers!

Thank you to all of our community members for your ongoing support. Without your support of both the Curling rink and Skating rink each season and support in our raffles and other fundraisers this would not have been possible! ❤️🥌🏒

The ongoing fundraising and support of our rinks will assist with maintenance and future upgrades of our plant! We appreciate all of your support keeping the doors open!

Our Choiceland and White Fox Youth Curling Program came to an end lastnight. We had 18 curlers signed up for the season!

Lastnight, we hosted “Olympic curling” for the kids. With the goal to showcase their growth in skills! We seen lots of improvement in slides, turns, sweeping and deliveries! Everyone’s confidence grew on the ice with each week and we are very proud!

We were thrilled with the support from both communities and plan to run the program again next year! 🥌

We are so thankful for parent volunteers who helped out when needed!

Thank you to Family Bakery - Nipawin for providing our end of year donuts and to Trish’s Signs and Designs for providing our hoodies!

Our weekly square draw curling has come to an end. We had 12 teams signed up for our weekly games, running 2 draws every Wednesday night. As well as afternoon curlers, using the ices on Fridays! Thanks to all those who came out weekly!

Last night we ended with a pizza supper, a few games and a draw to the button competition! Thank you to McKinnon Skid Steer Services for donating a prize for the winner.

Congrats Courtney Riemer for winning the draw to the button!

As we end the year, we thank everyone for the continued support of our curling club❤️ Each year we rely on our wonderful volunteers to help events run smoothly and to ensure our doors stay open!

As we end the year, we are advertising to fill some executives positions for next Fall and are always open to new volunteers- keep this in mind & help us keep our curling rink going!

We’re back for Round 2!

Our Cree River Lodge ‘Fishing Trip for 2’ raffle was so successful last year that we are doing it again this year!

Huge thanks to Pat and Lori Babcock at Cree River Lodge for donating this AMAZING prize!
