De Souza's Dainty Dance Studio De Souza's Dainty Dance Studio's main purpose is to offer a wide variety of DANCE, FITNESS & ZUMBA c I started taking classes at the age of 10.

From the time I have been a little girl, dance has played an active role in my life. By the time I was a younger teenager, I started choreographing dance pieces and teaching them to friends. As an older teenager, I began performing for various events and not long afterwards I received the opportunity to teach at various community schools within Whitby for adults and children in the hip hop, dance

medley and ballet styles. Besides this, I became a certified Zumba instructor once finding out about this electrifying and energetic Latino dance fitness classes. Moreover, to further expand my qualifications. I posses a Fitness Instructor Specialist certification from CanFitPro!! Therefore, I am a highly passionate teacher that possesses a very dynamic background!! The classes I instruct are, specifically, designed to form strengths and abilities of each individual. These strengths are infused with essential dance and fitness basics making each class an extreme success and leaving each person feeling full of expressiveness, confidence and much stronger coordination and balance. I firmly believe in only instructing in this positive and uplifting manner. Classes being offered for people 3-103 years old in....................
