Textile Design Project: “Whispers of the Monsoon”
1. Concept & Inspiration
This collection, Whispers of the Monsoon, draws inspiration from the poetic rhythm of Indian monsoons — the wet earth, blooming flora, and the quiet ripples on puddled roads. It celebrates the freshness, vibrancy, and calm energy that the rains bring after a long, harsh summer.
Mood: Refreshing, romantic, nostalgic, and soulful
Inspiration Sources: Raindrops, lotus ponds, wet leaves, paper boats, peacocks, and grey skies.
