Today, Krystal officially walks the stage and receives the PhD she has worked so incredibly hard for.

Years of studying, researching, writing, revising, questioning, learning, and persevering have led to this moment. While the letters after her name are impressive, what impresses me most is the determination, resilience, and passion that got her here.

We’ve had a front-row seat to the countless hours, sacrifices, and dedication that happen behind the scenes—long before the cap and gown, long before the celebration. Earning a PhD isn’t just an academic achievement; it’s a testament to the kind of person you are.

We couldn’t be prouder of you, Krystal.
