It has evolved from a tiny, delightfully eclectic little hole-in-the-wall gallery, gift and tackle shop featuring the works of the proprietor, Don Charbonneau, as well as many other local and regional artists and crafters, to being a large, mobile gallery that opens it’s doors annually in Sault Ste Marie for the Christmas Season! Hand made candles and soap were the backbone of the original Wood n Wax shop, and as Don grew as an artist and musician, so did the gallery. His wife, Jude Charbonneau took to over-seeing the candlemaking allowing Don more time in the studio to paint and write and play resulting in the release of several CD's and the production of an impressive collection of paintings.
