Good day sports reader, welcome to our page! LSEN is one of Laurier's newest organizations on campus and we're bringing the heat, not like the Miami Heat tho.. they're hopeless now... But we are here to make your life consist of sports, sports and more sports... like you thought it couldn't get any better! LSEN is here to fulfill 3 goals.
1. Promote passion for sports by connecting students with o
ther like-minded individuals to overall enhance their experience and personal growth at Laurier.
2. Develop individuals into sports professionals who continually seek to make their enthusiasm for sports part of their everyday life.
3. Place Laurier on the map in the eyes of sports industry professionals for students with great potential that can thrive within the industry. We are here to link PASSION WITH PROFESSION. So what killer events do we have planned for you? MAKING OF A DYNASTY: LSEN's first official event. We have 2 awesome key speakers coming down to reveal their path in the sports industry. Also we will share any executive opportunities to get involved. LSEN Fantasy Showdown: A NHL fantasy league with a prize given out TBD. Jays Day: An organized trip from Laurier to TO to kick back relax (probably more like leave the stadium half way through because we're so frustrated with the Jays) and chill with friends at a Toronto Blue Jays game.
