MEET OUR COMPETITIVE TEAMS!

You’ve met our teaching team… and now it’s time to meet the teams who will be taking the stage for Season 28! 🔥

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be introducing you to our competitive dancers….the teams, the training, the dedication, and the people who make each group so special.

💥 FEATURED TEAM: SENIOR COMPANY (FULL-TIME)

Meet the dancers who will be representing DDP on stage this season!

These dancers have already been training for the past 5 weeks, and we are already seeing so much growth and energy!

From rehearsals to the little moments in between, these dancers are learning that being part of a competitive team is about so much more than what happens on stage. It’s about discipline, perseverance, teamwork, confidence and showing up for one another.

We cannot wait to watch this team grow, push themselves, and discover just how much they are capable of this season.

Season 28… LET’S GO! 🔥🔥

🧡 EVERY CHILD MATTERS 🧡

Today, we pause, listen, learn, and remember.

We honour the children who never returned home, the survivors of residential schools, and the families and communities who continue to carry their stories.

At Davenport Dance Project, we stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities across Turtle Island and recognize the importance of continuing to learn, reflect, and create space for truth and reconciliation.

🧡 Dancers, if you’d like, wear your orange shirt to class tonight as a symbol of remembrance and hope.

Every child matters. Every story matters. Every voice matters.
