Helsinki 🤝 Athletica

We're proud to announce our European expansion with our new office in Helsinki, Finland!

From professional arenas to community rinks, our team is ready to help bring your vision to life - whether you're launching a new project or maintaining an existing facility.

The NHL is expanding its presence in Europe, with regular season and Global Series games coming to Düsseldorf, Munich, and Cologne over the next two seasons - and we've been honoured to play a part, having recently installed dasher boards in Düsseldorf and Milan, as well as the rinks for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

With momentum building across the continent, Athletica is thrilled to bring our services closer to European arenas.

We're excited to share the completion of the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany! Home to Düsseldorfer EG, the arena is preparing to go global when it hosts the Ottawa Senators vs. Chicago Blackhawks on Dec 18 and Dec 20 as part of the NHL Global Series.

The NHL excitement continues into the 2027/28 season with Munich hosting the Boston Bruins (featuring JJ Peterka) and Cologne hosting the Edmonton Oilers (featuring Leon Draisaitl), plus Düsseldorf co-hosting the 2027 Men's World Ice Hockey Championship!

Athletica Sport Systems Inc. is proud to have played a role in getting the PSD Bank Dome ready for these events, working alongside our partners at Realice - Ice Rink Technologies, who we also teamed up with on the ice rink for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games.
