Waterford Youth Centre Waterford Youth Centre is located 1 km past Poley Mountain Resorts. Hours change weekly depending on volunteer availability. Cost for skating/hockey is $3.

Hours for the week will be updated on Sunday evenings and may change due to weather or rentals. Rental of the clubhouse and rink are available @ $75/hour. Please call the rink @ 433-4717 to book. Our Mission Statement: To facilitate fun, healthy recreational activities as well as encourage youth and adults to participate in our local community.

🌧️ Waterford Rink Update 🌧️

Due to the significant rain and warm temperatures expected over the next few days, the Waterford Rink will remain closed until further notice.

Our crew will be keeping a close eye on the weather and the ice conditions. If we are able to reopen the rink, we will be sure to let everyone know well in advance so families and skaters can plan to get back out and enjoy the ice together.

We want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone in our amazing community. Your support, patience, and enthusiasm this winter season truly mean the world to us. Seeing so many families, kids, and friends gather at the rink is what makes all the hard work worthwhile. ❤️

Big shout out to Source for Sports who generously sharpend all our spare skates for skaters this season! 👏👏⛸️

Great news! The Waterford rink will be open today from 12 PM – 9 PM. The ice is ready and waiting, so grab your skates and come enjoy a day on the rink!

With warmer temperatures on the horizon, we may be getting close to the end of our skating season. Let’s make the most of it while we can!

The Waterford Youth Centre Rink will be closing at 3:00 p.m. today due to the ice becoming too soft to safely skate on.

With the warmer temperatures, the surface just isn’t holding up the way we’d like, and safety is always our top priority.
