Hello, my name is Katie! I have danced nearly my whole life. I’ve had many great experiences in the dance world including competing at the dance World Cup in 2018 and 2019 representing Canada, demonstrating for acrobatic arts for many years and many others. I grew up assisting many genres of dance classes and now am looking forward to teaching on my own.

I am going into my 6th year of school at Brock university where I’m studying to become a teacher. At Brock I competed for Edge Dance Team as well as choreographed for them. With my passion for teaching and for dance getting any opportunity to teach dance makes me extremely excited!

Mr. Scott

Scott Kvasni is proud and excited to be the co-founder of the Waterford Dance Program. Scott, a former professional dancer and choreographer has been featured as a background dancer in a number of Much Music videos, including videos for Juno nominated artists Kristina Maria and Texas rockers Black Pistol Fire. He also choreographed multiple performances for the TFO program BRBR, including Juno Nominee Peter Katz.

Scott has been teaching dance all over Ontario since 2005, he is a Gold Level certified instructor on the DVIDA syllabus for latin and ballroom, and was trained by Jean-Marc Genereux and France Mousseaux (So You Think You Can Dance), as well as having over a decade of experience in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet.

Scott was the face of the Northern Stars Dance Competition for 13 years, one of Ontario's biggest kids dance competitions. He also hosted the National Championships for the Cadence Dance Finals for several years in Mont Tremblent, Quebec.
