Hi 👋 I’m Michaela
Your new Community Director of Common Moms Burlington, a mom of two, a RECE, and someone who believes motherhood is meant to be shared, supported, and celebrated together.

My children and I have attended many of the programs at Common Moms Waterdown & Burlington.
I’m very excited to create a space for local moms and little ones to connect, play, explore, make new memories, create and feel like they belong.
My goal is: create a space where every mom feels welcomed, supported, and connected.

Love it or hate it I am unapologetically me.

👋 hey!! If you’re new here I’m Jaime, the mom behind Common Moms.

I started Common Moms in 2017 with the mission of “no mom should do this alone”

What started as a way to get moms out of the house, make some friends and feel a little more human somehow turned into this whole freaking community. Classes, playdates, events, coffee dates, friendships and other women building Common Moms communities of their own.

A few things you should probably know about me:

I will turn a casual “we should do something” into an entire event.
I believe moms need mom friends almost as much as they need sleep.
I have approximately 47,000 screenshots I’ll never look at again.
I’m 40, navigating the absolute delight that is perimenopause while raising pre teens and navigating a blended family.
I am engaged to my second chance!
Diet Coke is a guilty pleasure.
I watch far too much trash tv.

Common Moms has never been about perfect motherhood. It’s about getting out of the house, finding your people, letting your kids make a mess, drinking your coffee while it’s hopefully still warm, and having someone you can text later saying, “okay but WTF was today?”

So if you’re new here welcome. 🤍

And if you’ve been here for years, thanks for continuing to enable me on this crazy journey
