Our regular summer programming may have wrapped, but we’re not quite done yet.

Join us Tuesday, September 8 at Oakview Woods Gazebo (RecPlex) for a special add-on edition featuring local favourites, Strange Potatoes.

🕖 7–9 PM

✨ Memories of Summer — NIGHT 3!

We’re closing out the weekend at Beach Area 2 with the sounds of Motown and one final summer celebration.

🎟️ Gates open at 5:00 PM
🎡 Ferris wheel runs from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM — $5 per ride
🎧 DJ Efsharp starts the party at 6:00 PM
🎶 Legends of Motown takes the Rock 95 Main Stage at 8:00 PM
🎆 Fireworks over Georgian Bay immediately following the concert - 9:30 PM

It’s the final night of three nights and five decades of live music — and one last chance to make some summer memories with us.

We’re back at Beach Area 2 tonight with the biggest ’90s and early 2000s hip-hop and R&B hits for Night 2 of Memories of Summer.

🎟️ Gates open at 5:00 PM

🎶 Wing Night: the band takes the Rock 95 Main Stage at 8:00 PM

Get to know the amazing team behind Town of Wasaga Beach Recreation! From planning programs and events to creating welcoming spaces for all ages, our staff are passionate about building community connections and making recreation fun for everyone 💙🌊

Meet Megan, one of our Recreation Associates! Megan enjoys being at the beach and in nature, and trying new fitness classes! Her favourite part of the job is seeing people come together and become part of a community - while being able to contribute to the programs that help people remain active, build connections and have fun while they are at it.
