📣 Help us keep the Warren Fair FREE for families. Sponsorship opportunities for 2026 are now available for businesses and organizations across the region.

For more than a century, the Warren Fair has brought families together and celebrated our agricultural roots. One of our biggest goals is keeping fair admission FREE for everyone, but we can't do it without the support of local businesses.

Sponsorships start at just $50, making it easy for businesses of any size to support an event that strengthens our entire community.

⏰ To have your logo included on our printed Community Display Flyer, sponsorships must be finalized by July 15.

Our wonderful community partners over at Caisse Alliance (Warren Branch) are hosting a Member Appreciation Day, and they've extended the invite to all of us!

Join them for a FREE BBQ lunch to celebrate the community.

🚚 FOOD TRUCK VENDORS WANTED: LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!

The Warren Fair is returning on September 11 & 12, 2026, and we’re looking for a few great food trucks to complete this year's lineup.

We're limiting our food truck lineup to a maximum of 4 trucks total, and we've already secured our first vendor. That leaves only 3 spots available.

This is a well-attended community event that brings in 2,000+ visitors over the weekend, creating a good flow of customers.

We're also curating the lineup to ensure a good mix of food options with minimal menu overlap, so each vendor has a fair opportunity to stand out and sell.
