Konektis choir is very excited to begin our 10th season next week!!

After our performance at Podium in Victoria, we were absolutely bombarded by appreciative verbal and written feedback from the audience, conductors, and organizers, invitations to International festivals, and composers reaching out with compositions. It was so incredibly encouraging. We, of course were also inspired by all the amazing choirs we heard there. The vast choral landscape of Canada is incredible.

Well, last week we received this lovely message from an audience member who had attended one of our showcase performances in May. It was great to be reminded of how that amazing week felt in Victoria and Glenn has given us permission to share his kind words. What a great way to start our season!

Thanks Glenn from all of us! ❤️
We hope to meet you in person sometime.

At Podium there was a silent auction and guest choirs were asked to consider a donation of season passes to their concert season.

We chuckled wondering who across Canada might bid on that.

Well, the committee contacted us recently to let us know that Melissa Spraggs - doctoral candidate in Choral conducting, Konektis alum, and pride of Brandon was the successful bidder.

Our response, "That's wonderful, because we are just as big a fan of Melissa as she is of Konektis!"

Thanks Melissa!!❤️
