What an incredible weekend ❤️

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to stop by, share their stories and take home my art work🥹. I’ve been doing markets for just over a year now and my absolute favourite part is hearing stories of how the species I paint/carve have brought joy to your lives 🥰

Thank you to CreeksideNursery&GardenCentre for putting on such an incredible event. This venue is so perfect and you guys work so hard to make it’s a lovely event for everyone involved ❤️

And a massive thank you to my beautiful sister, Kaitlin. She has helped me in every single market I have done and I honestly could not do this without her ❤️ she helps keep me focused, provides support and encouragement and is always there to help me during set up and take down (the hardest part!). Thank you sister for sacrificing your weekends to help me 🥹

My heart is full, thank you everyone !!!

I’m leaning into the cozy fall season with this one 🍄‍🟫

Inspired by the diverse mushrooms you see peppering the forest floor in both the spring (morels) and fall (chanterelles). I had a really hard time choosing which mushrooms to include in this print and ultimately had to lean into their diverse shapes and sizes to balance the composition.
Printed in a dark burnt umber oil based ink 🤎

I can’t say I have a favourite mushroom (it’s too hard!) but I would love to hear yours ❤️

Limited number currently available on the website (more to come as I balance a few balls in the air)

The most wonderful time of year starts tomorrow, I’m talking about fall at Belluz Farms of course 🧡 their fall wonderland officially kicks off Saturday September 26!

As someone who goes here every summer and fall for varies farm growth goodies I am overjoyed to have my art there 🥹🧡

Something a little different to ring in the first day of autumn🍁
I have been so eager to get back into watercolour painting that when this idea came to mind I just had to do it 🧡

A variety of different heirloom squash done in watercolour.

New to the bookmark line up… a grouse feather! 🪶

This time of year you often seem grouse frequenting roadside and sun patches as we get those cool overnight temperatures. People call them forest chickens mostly due to their shape, size and also their charming strut !
