Hoping all of you got to peak at the gorgeous Harvest Moon this weekend… it’s still mostly full tonight, if you haven’t yet bathed in its rays! 🌕

A big hallloooo to our new followers out there!

We’ve had a few new faces pop up around here lately, so we thought we’d say hey! 👋💜

Also a reminder we’re in Virgo season ♍️ — a lovely little nudge toward getting into a healthy routine again, taking care of our bodies, and not just talking about stuff but actually DOING it ✊🏽

And if you’ve been thinking about coming to a Luna class but haven’t quite made it through the door yet… this is your invitation to poke your nose in. 😉

What are you releasing with this moon?
Sending love and strength to move through it all with grace. We’ll be here, as always, to help you shake it all out! 💕
